I have a project that includes a picture of 9 children of different ages. I also have two separate pictures of two other children that I want to be added to the group. I want this done in colored pencil and I am open to the background. What would the price of a project like this would be? It needs to be completed by end of October it is a picture of all the grand and great grandchildren for a birthday gift.
