5/5 stars - My artist was fantastic and my father loved the oil-painting portrait she created of him. Instpainting made the process very easy, reliable and smooth. The options for extras like frame, shipping timeline, adding in artist's video etc. are all reasonably priced. My artist was also very diligent with how she insulated and packaged the artwork order. I would definitely loose Instpainting again and the artist.

5/5 stars - Joy was amazing. The painting came out perfect to what I wanted and is so realistic. Great craftsmanship and good communication. There were some shipping issues but it wasn't the artist's fault & they helped fix them. I highly recommend Joy Chen's work. You will not be disappointed.

5/5 stars - Absolutely beautiful painting! Our family got this for our mom. Dad passed a month ago and she loved this photo of them (it was on their 50th anniversary). The painting captures everything in the picture and in the moment. Cannot say enough how much we love it! When our mom opens it there will definitely be tears but this will be something she will truly cherish. Thank you again.
